The fit is relaxed rather than fitted, cut with enough room to wear over a jumper. It's the coat for the walk to the car and the school run, not the one you save for good.

If a coat isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back — on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Items need to be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Email info@montquartier.com with your order number and we'll reply within 24 hours with the returns address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item.

If it arrives faulty, damaged or simply isn't what you ordered, we cover the return postage too.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery takes a further 4–9, so 5–11 business days in total. Orders placed after 18:00 GMT, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating.

Measurements for this piece are listed on this page. Check the shoulder seam first — it's the one thing that can't be adjusted, and it decides whether a coat looks right more than any other measurement.

Our outerwear is cut true to size with room for a jumper underneath. For trenches and blazers you generally don't need to size up. For a fitted teddy or a shorter jacket, one size up gives you room for a chunky knit.
